Killzone 2 and LittleBigPlanet are being developed for 3D – so Sony are planning a 3d update in time for their own 3d TV coming out in June. This means that you’ll be able to enjoy 3d on your ps3 if you’ve got one of the new 3D tvs.
Sony’s committed to 3D and is planning on filming 25 football matches at this years World Cup in 3D! These will be broadcast and released as well as an official 3D FIFA World Cup compilation film on 3D Blu-ray disc. PS3s will be compatible with 3D Blu-ray movies after a second update after June.

I’ve just been into Microdirect’s shop on Upper Brook Street in Manchester to try out their 3D gaming experience. It’s fantastic! You put on the glasses and can play the game Avatar. It’s quite amazing and you can really get a sense of it being 3D especially when someone walks towards you … that’s quite spooky!

Odeon has reversed its decision to boycott Tim Burton’s new 3D film version of Alice in Wonderland following talks with Disney.
You can view a clip of the film at the above link – and it really does look amazing!
This Tim Burton film should be at cinemas from March 5th!
They’ve been arguing about how long it should be shown before it goes to Blu-ray disc.
